Emergency Identification Pack:

The Emergency Identification Pack is a specially designed tool for childcare providers, teachers, chaperones, parents, transport services, and anyone else who is responsible for the welfare of others.  The information contained in this pouch is crucial during emergency situations. 

 IF... you are the driver of the vehicle in which the people you are driving are your sole responsibility emergency personnel will find this pouch indispensable if you were unconscious. 

IF... you are the responsible party for a group of children and a child gets lost, the information contained in this pouch would be valuable to the police. 

IF... the person you are caring for becomes ill or needs medical attention immediately the information included in this pack is vital to that persons health and well being.

IF...an incident occurred you will be able to document it immediately with the incident pad and give a copy of the report to a parent or emergency personnel.

IF...a friend or family member is taking your children on an outing they can have all important contact numbers and emergency information available to them at all times regarding your child.

Keeping-Track emergency identification pack contains:

 5x7 pouch (approximately)  to be worn around the neck of an adult.

 Personal Information Card to identify the responsible person.

 Two-sided cards to record accurate information regarding details for the person you are responsible for such as: medical conditions, allergic reactions to medicines and/or food, contact information.  

On the back side of the card is a CPR and First Aid authorization  to be signed by guardian.  There is also a place for a photograph of the person who the card is for. 

Pad of incident reports that enables you to document any incident that may occur.
